This pocket-sized booklet was created to be used by letter carriers as a quick and convenient reference during the week of route count and inspection. This valuable resource was originally published several years ago. It has been updated for 2012 and is available to NALC members through each NBA office and through the NALC Supply Department. This handbook is intended for members only and is not available online.
